He has received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Patras. He studied dentistry in Athens and medicine in Patras.

He completed postgraduate studies in Oral Biology at the University of Ann Arbour - USA, a Master in Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Bari "Aldo Moro", a Master in Laser Applications at the University of Vienna and an "Executive MBA" at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

He has been A. Professor at the Universities of BPP-London, Bari “Aldo Moro” and PhD School “Enzo Ferrari” Modena & Reggio Emilia.

He is Director of the Postgraduate Education at the Dental School of the Spanish Catholic University of Murcia, PgO-UCAM Sede Grecia and President of WAGRO (World Academy of Growth Factors & Stem Cells in Dentistry)

He invented the IPG-DET technique for implant placement in the problematic posterior maxilla and was head of the scientific group "Fixed OT Seeger Bridge". He is an expert in the use of growth factors and stem cells in Dentistry and has been repeatedly invited to give lectures and training courses in this field abroad. He has published numerous scientific papers and written several books.

He served in the Special Forces of the Greek Army as an officer and in particular as commander of the 2nd Special Group of the ETA (Special Parachutist Task Group)
